Please save dealer table(s) for my use at the 2006 Palms Casino Chip and Memorabilia show.

Regular tables will include one (1) seven foot table with one back up table, chairs on each side of table and two (2) dealer badges. Corner tables will include two (2) seven foot tables with one (1) back up table, chairs on each side of both tables and three (3) dealer badges.

CONTRACT PROVISIONS

The dealer table assigned to each member cannot be sold, rented, loaned, leased or shared by any other individual during the convention without the approval of the promoter.

Sales tax must be reported and collected. The show promoter and the Palms Hotel are not responsible for any losses, however security will be present during the show. Shoplifters will be arrested and prosecuted. All applicants and table holders release the promoter and the Palms hotel from any liability for any losses, theft, damage or injury sustained as a result of this event. Table holders must provide their own insurance.

Table fees are $195.00 per table and $350.00 for a  corner table.

Dealers are allowed to sell ONLY CASINO RELATED COLLECTIBLE MATERIALS. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, coins, stamps, sports cards, bottles, jewelry, etc. NON-GENUINE items are expressly prohibited, unless such articles are clearly marked as "reproductions", "copies", "fakes" or "fantasy" items.

It is understood that there is no insurance provided by Southern Nevada Casino Collectors Club or the Palms Hotel against any damage or loss suffered by fire, theft, accident or personal injury and the signer of this contract further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Palms Hotel and Southern Nevada Casino Collectors Club, its’ officers, agents, volunteers and participants against any and all such claims.

This event will be for Palms slot card members only. The show is not open to the general public. There will be no admission fee.

Show hours are Friday November 17th. 10:00 a.m. To  5:00 p.m. and  Saturday  November 18th  10:00 a.m. To 4:00p.m.

All dealers are required to keep their table(s) open and wares displayed for the full hours of the show. There will be no breaking down of the tables early. Any dealer who violates this provision may be banned from future shows.

Dealer setup will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Friday.

The promoter reserves the right to expel any dealer or individual who conducts himself or herself in a manner deemed unbecoming to our organization, or violates any provision of this agreement.

Any dealer allowing someone else to use his or her badge will have the badge revoked for duration of the event.
